Cardboard Boxes

Ephesians 4:32 (NIV) 32 Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you. When I was a little girl I loved to play in cardboard boxes, sometimes people like to contain their faith like kids contain themselves in a box. We have to remember that God cannot be contained nor can our faith. We as Christian's are to pick up our cross and follow Christ so if we have contained ourselves or allowed others to do it how are we following him? How can we do His will? I have seen several on social media that have displayed these characteristics it is a containment that is growing among believers. They try to pull you into their little cardboard box  because they are using God to try and control you. Mostly it is because they think they are the only true follower of the Word of God. This is dangerous and it can steer baby Christians that are not grounded in the word two ways they will turn on God or they will allow themselves to b...

God Knows Your Pain

I am certain that I never did grow in grace one-half so much anywhere as I have upon the bed of   pain.    ~ Charles Spurgeon How can God allow a mother to betray her daughter? She bears false witness, she leaves her daughter with unbearable pain that you often wonder if she ever knew the meaning of love and if she ever loved her daughter at all.  She uses everyone around her she is the grand puppeteer in a skill full game of not give and take only take. She uses raw emotions to have every tool to cut through the flesh of her own child. She now can to turn the winds of change in her direction. A direction where she can bear innocence, and judge others as guilty. She moves the situation in her favor where all that is blind will believe a lie. This is the grand façade and grand deception of Satan, he has a hold and he is not letting go, he has reached his ultimate goal of tearing apart the souls of God’s most beloved children. Sadly, the mother has obliged the...

My Cup Over Flows!

BLESSINGS, BLESSINGS, BLESSINGS, they have totally ran me over this year. When the Lord says he will unleash them from his store house in heaven he is not kidding! I just want to send a shout out! Praises to the Lord for all he has done for my family and extended friends here and across the world. This year has been full of blessings, he has shown me what trials and tribulations of the past can do. If you hang on long enough you will reap the reward of your harvest. To all my dear brothers and sisters in Christ if you are in a storm hang on, stay strong, be alert and know he is still there. Wait patiently through it because all things shall pass and when they do he will bless you beyond end! So Lord this is a shout out to you, this is a praise to your Holy name! Thank you for all that you have done for me...my cup overflows!!!!!

Cries of a Broken Heart

John 1:16 From His Abundance we have all received one gracious blessing after another. This verse right off the bat may not seem to fit, as you read you will see that it very much does. Sometimes the Holy Spirit will speak to us on unbelievable levels that the human mind has a hard time grasping all that we need to for him when he needs us to be still and know that he is God. The Lord is constantly moving he moves through us His spirit will touch us in the depths of our soul that it is sometimes overwhelming. It takes a heart focused on God and a heart that is grounded in the Holy Bible. But...when we do grasp it the revelation is blinding! When I was old enough to talk it was pounded into my head that blood was thicker than water and you always stand by family. I am here today to say this is not always true and being family does not give anyone the right to hurt someone else there is no free passes to sin and being family does not mean you are excluded from scripture. So...

To Party or Not to Party

Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus. 1 Thessalonians 5:18 One of the things we enjoy as humans is self-pity, somehow it makes us feel better than to stand up and be joyful no matter what the situation is or how bad of a day we had. Why? It is easier to wallow in the self-pity than it is to continue to rebuke and fight the devil. After all we fight all day with work, traffic, co-workers then when we get home? It is time to pour a glass of oh poor pitiful me, time to complain about what was not done to my specifications throughout the day. What upset me, what was done to me, and not done for me. Sound familiar? It should this is all of us. Philippians 2: 14 Do all things without grumbling or questioning, Ephesians 4:29 Let no corrupting talk come out of your mouths, but only such as is good for building up, as fits the occasion, that it may give grace to those who hear. James 5:9 Do not grumble against one anothe...
