Perfecter of Faith

Romans 5:3-5
Complete Jewish Bible (CJB)
3 But not only that, let us also boast in our troubles; because we know that trouble produces endurance,
4 endurance produces character, and character produces hope; 5 and this hope does not let us down, because God’s love for us has already been poured out in our hearts through the Ruach HaKodesh who has been given to us.

Sometimes the weight of the world can become so heavy we have a tendency not to take heed to the words of the Apostle Paul. We take suffering as punishment we think we have done something that has brought the despair upon us. I am here today to tell you my fellow Christian this is not always the case. We as Christians on the very day we are born again step into a realm where the enemy is fighting day and night for our souls. Satan does not grow weary, he grows angry when he is not succeeding but not weary. He has nothing to do but what he is doing. What is he doing, what is his goal? To destroy our faith in God.

Some of us are up for the battle while others bow to the weakness, some do not bend knee in prayer to Christ, so he can make you strong. Some bow to the world they give in to the sadness, unhappiness, depression, stress, and in that you bow to Satan. You yield to your adversary like an unsaved child. This is when Satan succeeds he is accomplishing destroying your faith. Faith is a gift from God it is not generated by people Satan knows this, and he wants to strip you of it. Heb 12:2 says, Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith" And Rom 12:3 says; God has allotted to each a measure of faith. These two verses clearly tell us that faith is not something that we do or a presence of mind that we develop, but that faith is a gift from God. Rom 10:17 says, faith comes from hearing and hearing by the word of Christ. So faith is a gift from God that we receive from the word of Christ, which in this dispensation we get from the Bible rather than from a burning bush. So in His time He will allot faith to us as needed from the word of the Bible. In 2 Cor 10:15 we see that faith can grow, so as we study the Bible God can add to our faith.

If we live in fear and despair how can we keep obtaining faith in God? How can we act on faith when we doubt? We cannot and in the process we block his blessings, we fall out of his will and protection. Every time you open your Bible Satan cringes, every time you grow in your faith he cringes. Remember he does not grow weary, he grows angry. The angrier he gets the harder he comes at you. This is when the battle becomes a war. So if we just listen to the words of Apostle Paul  learn how to endure every test the Lord places before us. Good and bad it is for His glory and His ALONE. Do not yield but kneel, thank God for the faith he has given freely, pick up your sword which is the Holy Bible let Christ strengthen you. We may stumble in the battle but with our King Yeshua we will win the war!

For His Glory!

Matthew 24:3-31 ~ Contemplating the Signs of the End Times

Matthew 24:3-31 presents a profound and challenging discourse from Jesus to His disciples about the signs of the end times and His eventual return. As the disciples sat with Him on the Mount of Olives, their question—“Tell us, when will these things be, and what will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the age?”—reveals a deep human longing to understand the mysteries of the future and to find assurance amid uncertainty. Jesus’ response, however, does not offer simple answers; instead, it invites His followers into a posture of alertness, humility, and faith. In these verses, Jesus describes a series of tumultuous events: false messiahs, wars, natural disasters, persecution, and the spread of lawlessness. Rather than providing a precise timetable, He emphasizes that such upheavals are merely “the beginning of sorrows.” This perspective encourages readers not to be easily alarmed or led astray. The call is not to obsess over signs or dates, but to steadfastness and discern...

Daniel 2:21 ~ Understanding God's Sovereignty Over Times and Seasons

“It is He who changes the times and the seasons; He removes kings and establishes kings. He gives wisdom to the wise and greater knowledge to those who have understanding.” Daniel 2:21 is a powerful verse that highlights God's ultimate authority over the passage of time and the rise and fall of leaders. In the context of Daniel’s story, this verse is part of his praise to God after receiving wisdom to interpret King Nebuchadnezzar’s dream. Daniel acknowledges that God is the one who "changes times and seasons; he removes kings and sets up kings; he gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to those who have understanding." This statement reminds us that all events—both historical and personal—are under God’s control, and that wisdom and knowledge ultimately come from Him. As we reflect on Daniel 2:21, we are encouraged to trust God’s sovereignty in every moment of our lives. Life can feel unpredictable, and world events may seem overwhelming at times. Yet, Daniel’s wor...

Ephesians 4:26 -6:24 ~ “Guarding Peace, Growing Together”

A Rich Tapestry of Guidance for Living in Spiritual Integrity and Communal Harmony. Ephesians 4:26–6:24 offers a compelling blueprint for Christian conduct, especially in the realm of emotional discipline and communal harmony. It begins with the striking admonition, “In your anger do not sin,” urging believers to acknowledge anger as a natural emotion but one that must be carefully managed to avoid spiritual harm. Paul warns against letting the sun go down while still angry, emphasizing the urgency of reconciliation and the danger of unresolved conflict giving the devil a foothold. This call to emotional stewardship is not about suppressing feelings but about channeling them in ways that preserve peace and reflect Christ’s character. Unity among believers is a central theme woven throughout these chapters. Paul exhorts the church to maintain the bond of peace, recognizing that the body of Christ thrives when its members are committed to mutual support and humility. He outlines b...
